What is Knowdialogue ?

WHAT THE WEBSITE IS ABOUT

Is this website offering the shoestring theory of management? Hardly. It merely tries to help the average manager to connect the dots in the ever more complex reality he or she is facing.

A wide variety of issues is presented on this website. That does not mean that an equally wide variety of answers is available. It does mean that we can acquire an overview of the challenges we are facing and find ways to meet those challenges together. There are no golden bullets, but do not underestimate the creativity of people working together (one reason why this site has a 'comments' section).

The texts on this site are intended to give food for thought and invite dialogue. The dialogues can be your dialogues, or the dialogues that you involve me - Joop Remmé - in, or dialogues that you would like to share by sending texts for the "Comments" page of this website (a full blown "Forum" section will be added later)
