Integrity is a complex phenomenon. It requires wisdom from the individual, as he or she has to realizes which signals are sent in order to "walk the talk". It also requires the ability to deal with organizational constraints, in order to speak in feasible terms. And it requires that the organization gives the individual enough freedom to actually live up to promises.

A four module training is developed, with each module lasting half a day. This will give the individual insight in his or her ability to act with integrity, develop required skills and arrange a fit between what is learned in the workshop and what is expected in that individual's role in the organization.
