Throughout the international organizational sphere, certain trends can be discerned. They can best be called 'transitions', as they are typically more far reaching than ordinary change processes, more vague and at the same time more fundamental.

Of course, I do not intend to have easy answers, not do I pretend to be complete. I mainly invite your input and give some food for thought on things that I see.
