There are many organizations and departments where they assume to have a shared vision. Typically, this means that the vision was communicated to every member of the organization or department. There is also another way to go about this; one that is more profound and lasting. In this way, the people are assisted in building their own vision out of their personal ambitions and strengths, and on the basis of their interconnectedness. As a rule, the training generates energy and builds bonds. The participants become more aware of their personal aspirations. At the same time, expectations are managed, as the participants become more aware of what is feasible and when it would be feasible.

The tool can be used to bring a new team, project group or start up company on the same page, as it were. Another application is to bridge differences between people; while respecting diffferences, finding mutual understanding and a basis for cooperation.

A different version of this training focuses on values. It is used for instance when a code of conduct or company values statement has to be written, or a shared moral issue needs to be resolved.
